Thanks for the reply, this seems to have worked, after ~4 days of leaving it running, it has seemed to finally complete. Well, it is at 99%, but only has about 40 minutes. Thanks for that tip, i will definitely keep this in mind for next time. Thanks again guys.

Hi, I have left this program running all afternoon. Nothing has updated except the "Used space" going up and down randomly. At one point earlier today i had to completely restart as it stopped responding for no reason (although I hate this term in technology, there is always a reason!) My PC Specs are here before anything: CPU: AMD FX 4100 Quad Core @ 3.40GHz RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR3 Motherboard: ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Graphics Card: XFX AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB Double Dissipation Edition (whatever double dissipation means!) HDD: 1TB Hitatchi hard drive (742GB Used) OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit I have posted a screenshot of the main window. Thanks in advance, Mike EDIT: It does seem to be doing something, it is scanning files underneath the % of fragmentation, but it just doesnt seem to go quick enough.
