  1. I always get an error message that says the defragmentation process can't continue. Running Defraggler with Administrator privileges doesn’t make a difference. The only way I can get a complete defragmentation for the system drive is to run boot in Safe Mode. Which is kind of a drag. I didn’t experience this issue under Windows 7. Is there a way to give Defraggler even more privileges so it can do its magic while on a normal windows session?
