  1. It's not that it can't open in Microsoft Word and Notepad, it's just that it still displays the same encoding language.
  2. Hello, I recently used Recuva to rescue an .rtf file that was said to be in an excellent state. However, when I opened it I got encoding like `1às+5¢ ñ ðl ¨ñ³Ìpr(Ñ1÷!ˆ°À1ÐF’òpFó€Hs ŽÁ0àñ0ñØ&"„ðòðñ ­s^p òØó &‘`.Ÿ(«y®ÛS Ý0OIE“3³‡MB›Õ1lA°Eðh\:±Uw\Mp:Að7NÍpSDТh•±6ð@‘.¯(wÿÿò I tried opening it in Notepad and using Microsoft Word's "Open and Repair" function but it did not change. Please help me to figure out what happened and how to repair the damage,
