  9. Anyone can make the most secure web browser. It will have no menu, no buttons, or no address bar. Only a minimize, maximize, and close button.

  12. Adding cleaning for beta programs is easy, but I seriously doubt it will ever happen. Beta is for testing purposes, they sometimes use beta in the registry entry or directories. It would take man hours to add them all, also CCleaner is updated 1-2 times a month, so it could be out of beta before CCleaner is updated. It just seems pointless to me, they will be added to CCleaner, but once they are out of beta.

  14. Did you actually run Cleaner or Analyze?

  18. New web address! http://www.ccleanerbeginnersguide.com/
  19. There will be a new version with a lot of more content in a few days. I'm hooked on Crysis right now.
  20. Ok, Particle Accelerators idea of ending the world is stupid. There is one already in use, it's on a much smaller scale then the one in Switzerland. It's the biggest funded science experiment ever done. The black holes don't last long and aren't true black holes. Rogue Black Holes is unlikely. But yes, it could happen. We would know a way of head a time, you can not see a black hole, but you can monitor it's radio waves and see matter moving towards a center. Like a whirlpool. Gamma-Ray Burst, who knows. There are many circumstances to fact in and it's like winning the lottery. Most people will never win in their lifetime. Never liked or believed the Omega Point. The world will end in a different way, believe you me. Bubble Nucleation, Scientists have predicted this would be billions and billions of years. But, humans do make mistakes. Divine Intervention, I hope not. Millions of people would be screwed, including myself. Solar Activity is a gamble. We have no way to foresee it and no way to prevent it. Aliens Attack The Earth, if I had to pick one. That would be it, DESTROY ALL HUMANS! At least we would not be alone. Global War, humans are dumb enough to do it too... Ecosystem Collapse, probably the way the world will end. We suck this world dry and kill everything in it for the almighty dollar.
  21. Are the programs installed on a different partition (drive)?
  22. You are correct, it will only remove the logs and temp files. It will not harm Windows or the programs themselves.
  23. First off, please be nice. We are not 3 years old... I wasn't going to post anything, but this thread is big and active. CCleaner is seriously lacking documentation and this is the only thing really hurting it. About 90% of the posts on this forum about CCleaner, can be answered by the CCleaner Beginner's Guide. I have no idea when and if CCleaner will have a proper help file. I have talked to MrG about this matter long time ago. He said he was going to have me do it and put it on the CCleaner site, and then later. He said he was working on it, based off my Beginner's Guide. But, like I said, it was a long time ago. The CCleaner Beginner's Guide is probably bigger than most people think. It's averaging about 188,000 hits a day. Ok, take off 200 for my Rainbow Six: Vegas Clan Site. I am at 187,000 hits so far this month. It was at almost 1.9 million hits last year and I wasn't even hosting the CCleaner Beginner's Guide the whole year. I am excepting it to have more hits this year. I just don't think it looks professional for the help to be hosted by a different site, CCleaner is very big and popular, so why not included it on the CCleaner site or in a help file with the program. I am willing to do everything concerning the help documentation.
