Well I have an interest story for you guys I figured I would share. My very first Anti-Virus was Nortons, but I have to say, I am glad I no longer that anymore. After that,I moved onto MalwareBtes, Avast and Superantispyware and became a malware hunter for them. I was with them for a long time, until lthis company called ZeroVulnerabilityLabs (ZVL) emerged and I left the other companies and decided to join them. They were the company responsible for ExploitShield, which is now called Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit after they bought out ZVL. I then left Malwarebytes and joined ClamAV, ClamWin, BleachBit, and Clam Sentinel and got into open-source software and bcame a "open-source junkie". Now I work for all of them, except for ClamAV, I am just a signature maker for them, and have been happy with them ever since. ClamWin/ClamAV has made some major changes these past few months, dramaticly improving detection ratios that was introduce in .98 and .99 (currently in beta at ClamAV). Once ClamAV .99 comes out of beta, ClamWin will then release their beta version of .99 and once it has been released, we should be seeing some major improvments in detection. I guess I am the only one who voted for ClamWin, too, haha.

So I had an idea for a Skype entry, but wasn't for sure if it was good. I was looking at the folder located in C:\ProgramData\Skype, or C:\Users\AllUsers\Skype for XP systems, and noticed there is nothing useful in that folder. I don't think the AMD one should be touched. I can't seem to find the .mp4 file on my system at all and judging where the location of the .wmv file is, I would say it is risky. I don't know about the Sprint logs since I don't use that.

You are right mta. People might just think warnings have less meaning then. Besides, who wants to go through Winapp2 and add a warning to all the cache entries.

I have a question/suggestion. Do you think it would be a good idea to add warnings to cache files saying something like "Removing these files may slow down the application" I just ask because files like caches and temp files are actually meant to speed up programs.

@Nergal: Thank you for your response, but in my opinion, no entry should be Default=True simply because a person should learn what any and all entry does first before they decide to clean it, even if CCleaner was for sure that the entry was 100% harmless. Well I inspected some of those entries. They seem to be wiping the games completely and all the maps along with it, however, the game can be redownloaded again when you restart OpenRA. This does not affect disk space in anyway, however, so I don't think its necessary to add the game content for each of those entries to Winapp2. The custom maps, however, might not be good either and I feel that should be done with the user and not Winapp2. Just my opinion, ofcourse.

The warning is wrong on this one. It should say: Warning=This will remove all downloaded Dune 2000 maps. Some of those entries you posted seem sort of aggressive. I will install OpenRA and some of the games you posted and test these myself and report back here of what I get.
