    why are the cookies that are not deleted not the full name ie .co.uk etc missing of end?????

    still no luck even after removing 24 hour rule just for information still running pc desktop with win xp and all cookies are deleted everytime

    I have looked at that directory but my internet explorer folder is empty (no DOMSTORE folder)

    Just thought I would add I have disabled enhanced protection reinstalled ccleaner but still cookies are listed in cookies to delete column

    hi I am having exactly the same problem 14 cookies in "cookies to delete" column will not delete cliff
