  1. I'm not a big fan of the new GUI either. Piriform force feeds you with something and then gets offended when people don't like the food. It's time to get a new cook with a clue. Also, The GUI does not honor setting the height of the active Title Bar, which makes it stand out like a sore thumb next to other windows.
  2. Sorry to disagree, but with ini on, the installer still adds stuff to the registry. Scan on Piriform Edit: Wrong reg entries corrected with the correct ones [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\DefragglerShellExtension] @="{4380C993-0C43-4E02-9A7A-0D40B6EA7590}" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{4380C993-0C43-4E02-9A7A-0D40B6EA7590}] @="DefragglerShellExtension Class" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{4380C993-0C43-4E02-9A7A-0D40B6EA7590}\InprocServer32] @="C:\\Toolbx\\Defraggler\\DefragglerShell.dll" "ThreadingModel"="Apartment
  3. Thanks that works, although I do not see why ini needs to be off for the shell extension to work. When Defraggler is installed, it makes certain entries in the registry anyway, so this should not keep the shell extension from working.
  4. Shell extension still not working with the recently released version (206.328). Can someone from development comment on this?
  5. No, I installed with and without the option enabled. No difference.
  6. After installing the latest version (205.315) of Defraggler on an XP/SP3 system, I noticed that I cannot use the shell extension option. Anyone else notice this or know what the problem is? Thanks....
