But seriously, it seems to be all related to the amount of support given to people looking after many machines.

Quite an amazing series of posts. I've always had a high regard for CCleaner, and always expect respectable software to be bug-free, or at least have a sympathetic and rapid response to problems. Some of the respondents, here, don't seem very professional.
