I too have a GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost, vendor EVGA, and am experiencing crashes. I ran speccy in debug mode with the settings suggested by Nergal, and it resulted in a crash. I have attached the indicated log file to this post. Speccy_log1_21_49125-5-2013_19-50.txt.txt] following the confirmed crash, I again Speccy in debug mode with all but the video card selected, and Speccy crashed on program exit.
