Andavari, Thanks for the quick reply. Will give this a go now. 4L EDIT: That was the trick! Must have been well over 1100 items to delete in that Temp folder. Got rid of those, then ran CCleaner and it worked like a champ. Dang, you folks are good! Thanks again, 4L

First time poster here. Love the prog. My issue is on another PC, shared by my kids. My oldest child's profile crashes when checking the system/temporary files box. It works fine for everything else. The second profile has the program running fine. Any suggestions? The first profile is the administrator. Any and all replies will be greatly appreciated. 4L
