[Win 10 Creator Edition (1703)]

My Windows 10 (32bit) 1703 Creators Update PC crashes completely and reproducible when starting Speccy, latest version. Error Code is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, reason: cpuz140_x32.sys. See photo attached.

[Count of total memory slots gives wrong amount]

Hi folks at Piriform,

 

love your tool, but today I got a bit dissapointed: As Speccy stated a total of 4 slots (2 used, 2 free) I bought 2 matching modules, opened the PC and found: only 2 slots, none of them empty. So Speccy detects / states a wrong number of total slots available. If interessed I can provide .speccy file and photos from inside PC by email.

[Speccy reports SATA III with SATA II southbridge ICH9]

On a motherboard with Intel® ICH9R/DO/DH SATA AHCI Controller a connected Samsung SSD830 is reported by Speccy with "Transfer Mode SATA III", while Samsung Magician states correctly: "Sata 6Gb/s(SATA 3) not available" - "Your SSD will not give maximum performance because your system does not support Sata 6Gb/s(SATA 3) port."

 

Will supply .speccy file to Piriform support if neccessary.
