The last time I updated ccleaner to 5.23, it was unable to clean some of my files. I just (11/23/16) updated to 5.24, and it cleans all files. I really don't want to do another update because it's working properly now. Why fix it if it isn't broken? What is the point? Can I just keep the version that is working?

Same problem. Just downloaded 5.23. Won't clean" Systems Windows Log File 10,2440 2 files." It never goes away, just reappears every time I clean. How do I get rid of it?

Unable to download new update. Downloading runs for a while and then shuts off & goes to new screen not related. Do I have to use FileHippo? Is there any other way to download? Why aren't I getting an error message?
