  1. I am running windows xp professional and have downloaded the latest version of VB, deleted ccleaner, rebooted, reinstalled and the same error. Any other ideas? Thanks so much
  2. I did all of that and I am still getting the same error message. I am so frustrated I could scream. Any ideas? I have attached the error message.
  3. I have installed the ccleaner but when I go to use it I get runtime error 5. I have deleted it, installed the visual basic files, reinstalled over and over but still can't use it. I have installed it at work with no problems but my home computer keeps giving me the runtime error 5. Any suggestions on how to make it work? Thanks for any help.
