where can I get defragler 2.1.1 how to check which version I have just downloaded last week so it must be newest version

I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit sp1 and followed many suggestions but even after 3 tries and 24 hrs nothing is defragging but analysis says 74% of my files are fragged what to do. Also tried in standard disk defragmenter and nothing. Any advice if I can run in boot up and how to. I am not a techie so please keep it simple Thanks
