I am doing a singe pass zero wipe of my Imac 2tb drive. Started around 1am 02/10/13 and is still going at 10:39am 2/10/2013. Below is the message that it shows and has shown so far. Detail- I can see the spinning next to it, no progress bar. Started erase on disk0s2 Macintosh HD Creating a temporary file Securely erasing a file I was just concerned that it is not working or stuck, I also have the trash bieng emptied.
