Hi Nergal what exactly are those caches stored in that location for? nothing important? usually other language support for varies differnt apps i'm assuming?

Hi All on the mac ccleaner apparently the miscellaneous caches box deletes the below areas as kindly supplied by group member 'hulk' so thank you. my question is is it safe to leave the miscellaneous caches box ticked? ~/Library/Caches /Library/Caches /private/var/folders/.../-Caches-/

So is it Safe to leave the miscellaneous caches box ticked?
