Over the holidays, the fan on my i5 CPU cooler went out. Replaced the fan, and was keeping tabs on temps with an old version of Speccy. Decided to update to latest Speccy last night and reported temps immediately jumped 10 plus degrees Fahrenheit.
Downloaded both RealTemp and Core Temp programs this morning, and they each report similar temps to what I was getting with Speccy 1.01, while Speccy 1.19 continues to report temps 10 - 20 degrees F hotter. See attached .png.

That's below room temperature, unless you live in Canada.
