  1. Hello, My machine: MS Windows 7 32-bit SP1 Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz , 4GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT I downloaded the latest version of Recuva (1.44). I only ran the regular scan (not the deep scan) but it seemed to scan fine but after it finished scanning no preview screen appeared. From Event Viewer: Faulting application name: recuva.exe, version: 1.44.0.778, time stamp: 0x50a60eb3 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17932, time stamp: 0x503275ba Exception code: 0xe06d7363 Fault offset: 0x0000d3cf Faulting process id: 0xdac Faulting application start time: 0x01cdd706565cdcc9 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Recuva\recuva.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: adae7adc-42f9-11e2-9829-001d09887dae I then uninstalled 1.44 and installed 1.43. It is running fine. Hope this helps
