  1. Hi, could you please provide some details about your system: 1. Version of CCleaner you are running 2. Basic system spec, same as what CCleaner in its header 3. Information about how much memory Task Manager shows is being used by CCleaner when this issue occurs Thanks
  2. Published Speccy snapshots will remain online unless users request for it to be removed. You can request removal of snapshots by emailing a removal request to support@piriform.com and providing the url to the snapshot to be removed.
  3. Hi, thanks for letting us know. We will look into it.
  4. Hi All, There have been many users asking why CCleaner for Mac has not been updated in the App store. This is due to Apple introducing a sandboxing requirement. As a result, for an application to be introduced (or updated) in the App store it needs to use a Sandbox, meaning that it can only have access to its own files and some user files/resources provided by OS X (more info here) As CCleaner is about cleaning data from the system and other applications it no longer meets the App store requirement. Users wanting the latest version of CCleaner for Mac should download it directly fr
  5. Users requiring documentation on CCleaner Network please refer to the following: Online documentation (information about set up) - https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner-network Knowledge base (solutions to common issues) - https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/categories/200261994-CCleaner-Network If additional assistance is required please contact Piriform support via support@piriform.com stating the details of your issue.
