Please advise on how to make my own thread, so I can continue this discussion.

(see my previous post) After running Analyze, then Run Cleaner, I either turned off computer or put it on sleep mode. Result: Clicking on any program or file icon yields this: "Insufficient system resources to complete the requested service". Control Panel window and all others are blank (not text).

I have the same problem. Where did I download ccleaner from? C-Net Download Please say what operating system is on the machine and if the user did just a clean or just a registry clean or both: Windows 7, SP 1, ran Analyze and Run Cleaner without unchecking any boxes Were the ccleaner settings at default or did your friend tick any other boxes? Default settings Has the machine had any virus problems recently?
