Thanks, but that didn't do it. Oh well, it was the only file out of 2,338 that couldn't be recovered. I'd say that it still exceptional. And who did that wonderful Doc Brown pic? I'd like to use it as an avatar.

How can I rename a file that Recuva finds? Several of the found files on an USB stick have very long file names; when I try to recover them I get the "Maximum path length exceeded" error message which is indicative of a long file name. So, how can can I change these long file names so Recuva can work its magic? Thanks in advance!
