  1. Not sure if this is quite in the scope of CCleaner, but... I would like to see the text file editing program EditPad Lite (and EditPad Pro, but I don't have this version installed) added to the "Applications" section of CCleaner. The home web page for the software is: http://www.editpadlite.com/ (or http://www.editpadpro.com/ for the pro version). On Windows XP Pro SP3, the current version 7.0.7 of EditPad Lite installs to the following folders: C:\Program Files\Just Great Software\EditPadLite7\... [Executable, help file, and installation log (required for uninstall)] C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\JGsoft\EditPad Lite 7\... [.ini files for saved preferences] In the second folder above, the file "EditPadLite7.ini" saves user preferences. This file also saves a history of file content searches, as well as a list of the last 16 previously opened files, which I would like to see "cleaned" by CCleaner. The file content searches are saved to the following sections: [search] OptRegex=0 OptDotAll=0 OptCase=0 OptCaseAdaptive=0 OptWords=0 OptAllFiles=0 OptAllProjects=0 OptClosed=0 OptSelection=0 OptLoop=0 OptLines=0 OptInvert=0 SearchText=<<last-search>> <<Latest search saved here>> ReplaceText= SearchBytes=666C61766961 ReplaceBytes= Incremental=0 Highlight=0 [searchHistory] Count=5 Item0=<<search1>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item1=<<search2>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item2=<<search3>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item3=<<search4>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item4=<<search5>> <<Previous search saved here>> [searchHistorySearch] Count=5 Item0=<<search1>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item1=<<search2>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item2=<<search3>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item3=<<search4>> <<Previous search saved here>> Item4=<<search5>> <<Previous search saved here>> [searchHistory0] <<and similarly "[searchHistory1]," "[searchHistory2]," etc.>> OptRegex=0 OptDotAll=0 OptCase=0 OptCaseAdaptive=0 OptWords=0 OptAllFiles=0 OptAllProjects=0 OptClosed=0 OptSelection=0 OptLoop=0 OptLines=0 OptInvert=0 SearchText=<<search1>> <<Previous search saved here>> ReplaceText= SearchBytes=666C61766961 ReplaceBytes= A history of the last 16 previously opened files is saved to the following section: [HistoryFile] Count=16 Item0=D:\\<<file01path>>\\<<file01>> Item1=C:\\<<file02path>>\\<<file02>> Item2=D:\\<<file03path>>\\<<file03>> Item3=E:\\<<file04path>>\\<<file04>> Item4=D:\\<<file05path>>\\<<file05>> Item5=C:\\<<file06path>>\\<<file06>> Item6=C:\\<<file07path>>\\<<file07>> Item7=D:\\<<file08path>>\\<<file08>> Item8=D:\\<<file09path>>\\<<file09>> Item9=C:\\<<file10path>>\\<<file10>> Item10=D:\\<<file11path>>\\<<file11>> Item11=D:\\<<file12path>>\\<<file12>> Item12=D:\\<<file13path>>\\<<file13>> Item13=D:\\<<file14path>>\\<<file14>> Item14=D:\\<<file15path>>\\<<file15>> Item15=D:\\<<file16path>>\\<<file16>> EditPad Lite does not give you the option to NOT have your file content searches and the last 16 previously opened files saved. It does, however, give you the option to delete your search history manually as well as delete the record of previously opened files manually. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3 with CCleaner v3.11.1550. Thank you. FYI, previous versions of the software saved history data to the registry. This is not the case with version 7.0.7.
