Haven't specifically tried to empty Recycle Bin, though it is ticked as a regular cleaning task along with many others. And I don't have a floppy drive. However CC 3.11 analyses OK but crashes when attempting to clean. Might as well add a big thank you to PiriForm for all the other versions that have worked just fine for me.
