  1. I tried this again today and had no problem. For now I assume this issue is due to some web page changing my toolbar settings, and not to CCleaner. However, if anybody has seen the situation I described I'd appreciate hearing about it.
  2. After running CCleaner (I have latest version) my IE toolbar settings are lost. Some of my previously checked toolbars are unchecked. My Links are resorted into alphabetical order. I'm probably cleaning out something I shouldn't, but I don't know what that might be. Thanks in advance for your help PaulZ
