I'm not using Thunderbird, the only thing I find is only when , I check anything to do with firefox and I'm using
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.23) Gecko/20110920 Firefox/3.6
the progarm crashes and has on more than one computer and diffrent specs.
at this point who cares
the program has gone to crap , very sad

someone is over looking something it still does not work and now Recuva Portable 1.41.537
crashes someone is doing something wrong way bad , if the people that make this software only want yo lean to the newer os or hardware why no just say so , you shooting yourself in the foot.
begining of the end I see.

amen Veeshush really think its something to do with firefox .
I have to uncheck all to do with firefox before it will not crash
what ver of firefox are you running ?

I have tired the memory dump it deletes as soon as I close the program and I have unchecked anything in ccleaner having to do with mem dumps or temp files. tired the newist version today CCleaner Portable 3.11.1550 ,same crap but if you uncheck everything to with firefox it works.

I can go down the list in firefox clean one at a time checking, as soon as i get to firefox cookies "Crash"
Still cannot get mem dump it deletes before I can get it.

Same bug in the new version CCleaner Portable 3.11.1541 , its crashes when it gets to Firefox cleaning., works ok once I uncheck anything with firefox

reply to my own thresd: the trouble is with "Firefox" cleaning , I'm using a older version of it.

When everything to do with "Firefox" is unchecked program runs ok without the crash.
Someone get this info to the guy that makes the program.
untill then going back to 3.08

Well the same bug that was in CCleaner v3.09.1493 is still there in the new CCleaner v3.10.1525 portable.What the crap is going on with ccleaner never had the kind of trouble before with it. Guess I go back to the 3.08 version again.

well i went back to the last new version 3.08 on trouble with 3.09
always loved this program ,think it's going by the way side now like eevrything else
hey get ya crap togather just stick with slim and portable

I have tried all three builds of the new version of ccleaner v3.09.1493.
the scan starts ,does not even get half way then ,then a box pops up at
the top reads:
critical error has occured in ccleaner
then below:

Never had any trouble with ccleaner, this is just werid.

CCleaner Portable 3.12.1572 same trouble still crashes ,I would not buy
even if it was free. Older computers are what most people are running and older software
get on that page agrrrrrrrr. or forget it . ya did the same thing with Recuva Portable 1.41.537
I would not pay for either one now .
