  1. Thank you Andavari...just what I was looking for. Guess I should spend more time in general browsing and less in asking lazy questions
  2. Most applications I've downloaded have a very useful 'how-to' section. I suggest that Piriform add such to the CCleaner download. As a newbe, I spent quite a while trying to find out how to accomplish a simple action: how to delete the cookies in the 'Options' area. The answers I got were not responsive to the question (probably because it could not be done THERE), but I finally got a lead by browsing previous posts. Did I miss a How-to section in my dl? Can such be found on the internet? Considerable time could have been saved by me and the answerers if this were available. Please take this to be constructive criticism, as it is meant...one rarely demeans such a useful application which is FREE
  3. Thanks guys...found my answer in a previous post. Had to check 'flash' in 'applications' and delete from there...all gone now. Sometimes a newbie 'cannot see the forest for the trees' unless the oak is pointed out to him.
  4. Woukld you care to elucidate to this poor newbie...exactly where do I go to accomplish this? I can delete the cookies from tje 'Windows' dropdown, but not those shown in the 'Options' area...please stick to THIS topic, to earn my appreciation.
  5. Sorry, Winapp but this makes no sense to me. I do know how to delete cookies from my PC, but NOT how to delete those shown in CC-->Options-->Cookies.
  6. On my PC, CC-->Options-->Cookies shows >100 items, but I find no way to delete them. Please tell me how to do this.
