Thanks Guy,s appreciate it & will give it a look, Have a great day. Cowboy
Most laptops have an Fn key combination that will do this. Also if you go into the control panel> Printers and other hardware>mouse you should probably see the option somewhere. -
Sorry All I haven,t been around in awhile, I hope alls Well. But I could use some help, The Wife has a Dell Laptop & since She uses a regular Mouse ALL the time She wants to disable Or turn off the touchpad ( Not the Little ball thing ) because She,s allways accidently hitting it. Any Advice would be appreciated. Have a Great Day, Cowboy

I cant remember the Guy,s name. But it would be The album that has the Miami Vice theme song on it, the series not the movie. Strictly music. If not the One from the HBO series Deadwood Also just Music . I hope that aint breakin the rules. Or If Ya really want ta get weird . Funkadelic by MaggotBrain or Herby Hancock, or Blueman Group
Allthough as You might guess, I listen mostly to country . My new favorite group is Big & Rich . Cowboy

I thought I,d share this. Cowboy
In 1986, Mkele Mbembe was on holiday in Kenya after graduating from
Northwestern University. On a hike through the bush, he came across
a young bull elephant standing with one leg raised in the air.
The elephant seemed distressed, so Mbembe approached it very
carefully. He got down on one knee and inspected the elephant's
foot, and found a large piece of wood deeply embedded in it. As
carefully and as gently as he could, Mbembe worked the wood out with
his hunting knife, after which the elephant gingerly put down its foot. The
elephant turned to face the man, and with a
rather curious look on its face, stared at him for several tense moments.
Mbembe stood frozen, thinking of nothing else but being trampled.
Eventually the elephant trumpeted loudly, turned, and walked away. Mbembe
never forgot that elephant or the events of that day.
Twenty years later, Mbembe was walking through the Chicago Zoo with
his teenaged son. As they approached the elephant enclosure, one of
the creatures turned and walked over to near where Mbembe and his son Tapu
were standing.
The large bull elephant stared at Mbembe, lifted its front foot off
the ground, then put it down. The elephant did that several times then trumpeted
loudly, all the while staring at the man.
Remembering the encounter in 1986, Mbembe couldn't help wondering if
this was the same elephant. Mbembe summoned up his courage, climbed
over the railing and made his way into the enclosure. He walked
right up to the elephant and stared back in wonder.
The elephant trumpeted again, wrapped its trunk around one of Mbembe's legs
and slammed him against the railing, killing him instantly.
Probably wasn't the same elephant.

Your,e exactly right Dennis, theres a sucker born every minute. The biggest problem with nigeria is no one has control over Them, no extradition, & no way to punish Them. I gues its all a lot of them know as far as making money.
But the biggest problem is GREED, Thats what most of the victims are guilty of. Allthough , not illegal in most cases, its amazing what someone will do if they think They can get away with something To make an extra buck with little or no work. Its just a shame so many Senior citizens have been there target & most have lost There life,s savings.
But then again, magazine publishers & other sweepstakes gimmick companys , have been doing it for years , ( legally Somehow ). I have a friend that His Dad has spent over 100 hundred thousand dollars on magazine subscriptions & He doesn,t even read them > Its just a shame. Sorry didn,t mean to high jack the thread it just gets Me how some people aren,t aware of the crooks out there. Have a good day. Cowboy
-
Hey Dennis, I,m sure lots of others have seen this site, But thought You might find it interesting. about the Nigerian scams , really funny stuff. Cowboy

Andavari. I agree, I,m sick of it . We went from 60 degrees 2 days ago ( first time above freezing for over a month ) & severe storms with severely high winds to blizard warnings shortly after. which luckily missed Us by about 50 miles west of Us. But I,m still dealing with the ice storm from over a month ago. As far as I,m concerned come on global warming. Cowboy

As disgusting as that may sound. from what I understand its quite normal for New York city which is infested with billions of rats. I,m more curious as to why that one instance was so newsworthy. As its a daily problem with most businesses on ground floor levels. ( especially if they have food ) . According to a close friend that lives there. The good part is there new daily speacial The burratto is quite tasty I here. Cowboy
-
Perty sad for sure. The part that sucks is I dont care how many hamburgers You tear apart , You aint likely to find any beef. So if you find any kind of meat in Yer burger ( no matter how disgusting ) consider Yourself lucky. lol. cowboy
-
I,m so excited, vista just hit the shelves here & I cant wait to blow 400 & some plus bucks for the Bill Gates edition , Perty gold box & everything, Quantitys limited to only a few in each store.
Yes I,m being sarcastic. Everything I,ve seen on it it is only a way of forcing people to update they,re computers or buy super puters just to be able to use it. What a ripoff. Sorry just venting a little. Cowboy

OK, Thanks TwistedMetal & Dennis. It just kinda made Me wonder if something didn,t get past Me. For some reason its disappeared for now & I haven,t rebooted or anything. Thanks Guy,s. Cowboy
