  1. I've been a CCleaner user for years now and have been very pleased with the program. It has never caused a problem and has purged my internet activities for privacy well. I run IE 7 on XP sp 3. I am now experiencing an issue with the autocomplete function in IE 7's address bar. I think in past versions of CCleaner the form data for this was purged, but now that is no longer the case. For example if I type "www.a" in the address bar MS presents me with many posiible previous web sites I've visited, such as www.amazon.com or etc., even though I've run CCleaner on the previous shut down. I have the Autocomplete Form History box checked in the windows option of the cleaner section but apparently the address bar data is not part of this function. Could someone please advise Piriform of this MS nuisance and integrate a purging function for the address bar. I don't want others to know certain of my previous site visits for security reasons. Could the lack of purging be due to the fact that I do not clean the History segment of IE 7 through CCleaner? Are they linked? I do like to keep some of my recent web site history by only performing individual site deletion through IE's history segment. Even though I do this on an individual basis the address bar will present all my previous sites even the ones individually deleted. If someone knows a hack to purge the address bar data I'd like to know. Thanks for a great product. As a PC Tech I install your product on many clients computers in order to keep thier units running smoothly. Mike O
