It is Vista. The Properties procedure or renaming it did not work. The Unlocker program would not run after downloading. The MoveOnBoot program worked when I selected to delete the CCleaner installation program when I rebooted the computer. Thanks for the suggestions.

After downloading and installing, I can not delete the installation file where I downloaded to my desktop - get an error message: "You need permission to perform this action". Other installation files can be deleted without this problem. Suggestions?
