  1. You know that Piriform is owned by Avast and thus that's why Avast is added Cookies to keep https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/business/avast-buys-piriform-the-company-behind-ccleaner-and-recuva/
  2. I had the same problem. Problem was solved after recreating the 3 "*" domains in the Cookies to Keep section. "*.avast.com" "*.ccleaner.com" "*.ccleanercloud.com"
  3. Edit: // 11:00 am This is not a Ccleaner Bug, it's a Firefox issue: http://support.mozil...uestions/927466 A picture is worth a Thousand Words Ps: Look at the first Topic in the RSS Feed (Wireshark 1.8.0 RC 1) Reading RSS Feed Topic Cleaning with CCleaner Same Topic after Cleaning Note: Running Win 7 x64, FF 13
  4. Why is it then that (when I run CCleaner Elevated (and Firefox is not running), it shows Firefox files cleaned under that elevated user id Profile and not under the Userid I'm logged in with ? Agree 100% on this 1
  5. Hi, First post here Situation: Running Win 7 Ultimate x64 Running Firefox (Not Elevated) under normal userid (Not Elevated) Running (Not Elevated) CCleaner Analyse, CCleaner gives me the following message "You must close Firefox / Mozilla" This is the expected behavior Now the following Situation. Running Firefox (Not Elevated) under normal userid (Not Elevated) Running (Elevated) CCleaner Analyse, CCleaner gives me the following message "You must close Firefox / Mozilla" However Firefox is NOT running under the Elevated User Account, but only under the Normal Userid (In Taskmanager it only shows 1 32 Bits Firefox under the Non Elevated User Id Expected behavior would be the cleaning of the Firefox Profile under the Elevated Userid Just wanted your guys opinion on this Thanks Mike
