I've scanned my computer. However it should have no effect on Ccleaner as it doesn't run in the background. In case you're wondering: malware bytes' anti malware.

I have no viruses, and I don't run any anti virus programs, etc.

Scan for issues.

When I try to run the registry scan, no matter what I have checked/unchecked (went one by one to see if it was an issue with just one) it crashes. I'm running Windows 7.
