  1. Thank you very much. Now Activex files are removed. In the addition to the Dial-a-fix I needed the Secedit.exe. It was so simple after looking back I learn something here thanks again to all that help me and was so patient with me. KKatt
  2. Hi, Thank you for the reply. I'm not sure how to get permission. I am log on as administrator. I use FireFox. I have XP under system tools I don't see any repair permission. I just got a report on HijackThis and the tech listed siteadvisor as an adware, Siteadvisor is an firefox extension. I ran Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-Adware, ZoneAlarm, Windows Denfender. None of these programs show any spyware on my computer. As for as the Activex files , CCleaner is the only one that listed these for cleanup in the registry. I am not a pro at this please expain how I get repair permission. Thank you for your help. KKatt
  3. I download the Dail-a-fix {V0.57.7} Problem: Dll register Server in msxml.4.dll failed. Return code was 0x80070005 The CCleaner still failed to clean the Activex files I stated before. Please advise! Thanks KKatt
  4. CCleaner worked fine until now. CCleaner will not remove these Activex Files they keep coming back. The Activex as follows: Activex/Com ComPlusMetaData.MsCorHost.2 this is repeated. The other is ActiveX/Com SymWriter.pdb. Please Help! Thanks a lot. KKATT
