the index.dat isn't deleted immediately anyways (deleted on restart), and it doesn't contain credit card numbers unless your app uses it in the URL. -
the registry keys use a different character set than CCleaner, and as such they never get cleaned out. Just go to the registry and rename the keys.

The WLM colour scheme setting is erased after a run of CCleaner. I already tried unchecking MSN Messenger option, but no go. Please fix this issue. Thanks. I have contacted the WLM team about it also.
