  1. Hello, I had some problems with one of the entries - [internet Explorer More*], damaged 3 windows 8.1 apps : Bitmap live tile clock - no longer opens and live tile gone. The weather channel app - opens ok, but live tile gone. Windows calendar app - opens ok, but live tile gone. I reinstalled the Bitmap clock and it was working with live tile, then ran ccleaner again to confirm. It stopped working. Then I reinstalled the weather channel app and got it working with live tile and analyzed again, and mostly log files entries came up and [internet Explorer More*]. Unchecked [internet Explorer More*] and ran ccleaner and weather channel app is still working with live tile - even after reboot. I analyzed just the entry in ccleaner : Internet - Internet Explorer More* 1,544 KB 5 files ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.chk 8 KB C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01001FF.log 512 KB C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01res00001.jrs 512 KB C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01res00002.jrs 512 KB C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\UserData\container.dat 0 KB This maybe should be removed from the entry ? : FileKey12=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey13=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache.old|*.*|REMOVESELF I could not find the container.dat file, but maybe add an excludekey for that. If at the very least add a warning that this will damage windows apps and live tiles. I tried to look through the reg key entries, but could not find anything there. Has anybody else had problems with this? I hope this info will help someone else. Thanks, Neil
