Mediamonkey (Inu-Ya gave you link) also i can say to you that ogg vorbis is much better! I use it about 3 months and it's great! Ogg @66 kbps is far better than 128 kbps (even 148 kbps) MP3! I use Ogg@~500 kbps (sometimes it's about 450 and sometimes abowe 500) and sound is magnificent! try it (MediaMonkey has extra good Ogg converter)

i didn't try Live Care because it's not suported for mu country! And i'm not sure why didn't they use RAW engine for their AV... Very stupid move! They have Giant corp and RAW (both are great firms) but still they made very poor security solution...

did you install yahoo toolbar with CCleaner? There is an option to chose at install proces! Chech that out (i think that YTB.exe is Yahoo toolbar (im 80% sure))

you should add integration with Internet Explorer Like: One button (just CC logo) which is cleaning all data (TIF, typed in addresses, History, cookies...) when we press it (but to clean immediatelly)! @rridgely i just sad the facts! Norton has better support for packers, it has OK heuristic and it is detecting more viruses! Yes there is an issue with uninstall but Symantec released an uninstall tool! And on thing more: you sad that EZ Av is light on resources? Are you sure? I downloaded the lattest version today (i have 305 day left on my license@CA) and what i saw? This: CA is huge corporation but their av iz shame for them...

lokoike gave you instruction how to change profile name! But if you want te change the computer NAME do this: Start=> Control Panel=> System=> Computer name=> Change=> Enter the name you want and reboot

then you do these 2 things: 1. download RegSeeker ( http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm ) and scan you PC! After scan remove all what he find (ist 100% safe but if you see some errors you can restore reg data) 2. @rridgely from technical aspect EZ AV is poor! They have no heuristic and no advanced settings! I used almost all av-s but i noticed that EZ have very poor backdoor and trojan detection ! EZ Av (i think that was v7.0.6.9 (im not sure)) has a problem with offline update. I downloaded the base (it was 4 mb i think) ant that little program that is performing auto update (from folder that you want to EZ Av folder). I updated it and when i connect on internet he started to download Bases again (all over)! Norton is far better product from techical aspect (technical abilities are important isn't it?) Dont get me wrong i love EZ Av but these are the facts! m.p. ClamWin and Ewido (free version) are 10 times better solution than EZ Av and AdAware together

i dont want to go too much offtopic but i just want to say that you should go round EZ AntiVirus! His trojan detection sucks and he is not detecting rootkits (i think that Pest Patrol is doing this)!

Okay there are 2 security enhancements which i recommend: 1. Download modified HOSTS file! Q: What is HOSTS file? A: Q: Where i can download modified HOSTS file? Browser HiJackers are boring and can be dangerous (for your files (by loading a sites with trojans)) so there is a way to lock you IE homepage forever! Q: How can i lock IE hompage? A: just open Notepad and insert nex text: Then save it as ielock.reg (Save as type: All files (extension must be reg!!!)) Q: On what version of IE this reg tweak works? A: On all versions! Q: Is there anything else that i should now? A: YES! AdAware and Spybot are detecting this change in registry so you must exclude it from scan (on firs scan a path will be displayed and you just need to exclude that path from scan!)

Use norton! But if you think that he is not enough use firewall with extra settings (so set up your firewall to the max!)

if you want to reset bios here is manual: on your motherboard there is battery ( ithink it is 5v but i'm not sure)! next to battery there is jumpers (3 pins but there is one "connector" which is connecting only 2 of 3 pins) . Tou need to get off battery and remove the jumper from pins (from that pins next to the battery)... After 30 mins to 1 hour your bios is reseted and than you can put back battery and jumper m.p. my poor english
