  1. Yes, ESET updated this AM; with cold boot everything is back to normal and functioning for CCleaner Pro.
  2. ESET Nod32 did quarantine yesterday, but would not restore, have product key but in attempt to reinstall from your link the Installation stopped then got this message: Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\CCleaner|CCleaner64.exe Click Abort to stop installation, Retry to try again Ignore to skip this file. tried ignore but will not load. Should I remove all from system then download from home page at piraform? Tried to remove from control panel, tried using CCleaner Professioanl Uninstall, but uninstalling hung up at the last line: Execute: Output folder: C:\
  3. The CCleaner Icon is gone in tool bar, just generic image, clicking does not open program, but I now get message: Windows can not access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I am only user and administrator. Still in program list. Have Windows 10, use Firefox browser and also Malwarebytes, Avast, ESET-Nod32. Do not remember what could have caused this, do not have Product Key. What is next? Re-download? Thanks, James Euler "James82"
  4. Upon custom clean, under System, Memory Dumps CCleaner took out over 990,000 Mg B, have never seen this before. The file was: Live|Reports\PoW32KWatchdog-20200203-2222.dmp which occurred on Monday this month, nothing since. What was that about. James
