Asking CCleaner to delete the files in the cache folder when you have moved them outside of the folder is like me asking you to get me some milk at a butcher. CCleaner looks only in certain places, which is why it is so fast.

You need to go to 'Options,' 'Cookies' and add the relevant cookies for hotmail and messenger to the cookies to keep list. eg. - hotmail.com - www.hotmail.com - login.live.com - live.com You need to have the cookies placed in order to remove them, so make sure you are signed into hotmail. You must then close the browser to add items to the ignore list.
