  1. Thanks for the reply. Yes, only CCleaner had the problem. Notice I said "had". I took a look at my display properties and changed from 16 bit to 32 bit and the problem is now corrected. Thanks
  2. I have been using CCleaner for some time now on my computer with Xp Home with excellent results. Recently, about 2 weeks ago, I started the program only to see black boxes in place of the check marks. At that time I did not use CCleaner and viewed the forum for any display problems such as mine. I then uninstalled CCleaner, then reinstalled. When first started, viola, everthing was as it should be. The second time I started the program, the black boxes were back like the first time. It is both on the Windows and Applications tab in cleaner settings. I regularly use Ad-aware, Spy-bot, MS Antispyware along with a firewall. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any replies.
