I ran ccleaner and still only have 11% free space. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

I just downloaded ccleaner and need help. I analyzed and it lists my anti-virus software, burning software and others I would not want to delete. I unchecked them and ran ccleaner but did not seem to gain any space on my hard drive. I have only 11% free space on my hard drive and have been trying everything to gain more. Any help would be appreciated.
