My system variables are : TEMP=%SystemRoot%\TEMP TMP=%SystemRoot%\TMP and my user variables are : TEMP=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp TMP=%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Tmp There are files in all 4 locations. When I analyze the subject option - I get only files in SYSTEM > TEMP USER > > TMP Be great if the other 3 folders were cleaned too please.

The files were not corrupted. I had set CCleaner to clean FF bookmarks, but now have switched that option off. Would you mind posting the support issue and posting the full URL to the thread here please?

i had CCleaner set to clean: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\i8mpx1mk.default-release\bookmarkbackups" so no backups show under Manage Bookmarks. I see they are stored in places.sqlite but is it possible to restore the old bookmarks from the current copy of places.sqlite ?

It is not fixed in the Analyze, save to text > log.txt

After doing Analyze, I do save to text, and could not read the file - even in Notepad. Please advise. The log file was ZIPped to preserve formatting ....... log.zip

As I said Beyond Compare is bundled with Multiedit - but from what I gather - HKCU\Software\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare\Recent never appears.... I have exported the HKCU\Software\Scooter Software\Beyond Compare tree...... in case it may narrow down a mod that would prevent it from showing when I run CCleaner BC.reg.txt
