  1. CCleaner Utilities listing utilities no longer installed AND not in Registry nor Add/Remove Programs. Example, lists Acronis True Image which I uninstalled several years ago. ALSO: Lests EVERY version of PerfectDisk I have ever had, when the Add/Remove Programs ONLY lists the current version (PerfectDisk 12). WHY The right-click listed item context-menu needs a [Remove from list] option
  2. CCleaner (v3.10.1525) does see DAP but does NOT clear the DAP Downloads list. IMHO, it should. Please consider this feature for the next upgrade.
  3. Not Vista. But found solution Went to Microsoft Fix It Solution Center Selected the Windows icon Ran the top option = Diagnose and repair Windows File and Folder Problems automatically The downloaded EXE installed PowerShell 1.0, ran AND found the recycle bin was corrupted, THEN fixed it. AFTER reboot the $RECYCLE.BIN folder was no longer system/hidden, BUT inside this folder was the normal Recycle Bin folder. I moved the normal Recycle Bin folder to the root of each hard drive, then deleted the $RECYCLE.BIN folder. Reboot to just in case and everything is back to normal. Of course the question remains on HOW this problem happened.
  4. NO The folder-name I listed is EXACT. It is in ADDITION to RECYCLER & Recycled folders.
  5. REF: WinXP Pro SP3, CCleaner v3.00.1303 On each hard drive I've noticed a NEW folder: $RECYCLE.BIN (system/hidden) Is this a CCleaner folder
  6. CCleaner should actually be an All User install. We us it at work (I'm the IT Tech here) and want All Users on Desktops to use CCleaner. Since some uses MAY not want the All Users install, just make All Users an Option during installation
  7. Add my vote to having a Legend on the dialog (above or below Drive Map) This would make it simple for ALL users to know what the colors mean, without having to use the settings dialog nor ask the question in the forum.
