My apologies if this has been discussed previously. I have had this problem in both XP and 7. When ever I run CCleaner I lose all information for the Reflexive game "The Great Tree" and looking at some discussions on other forums the problem is CCleaner. The fix is to add 2 files to the exclude list, but for the life of me I can't get it done. Is there someone who can give me a step by step? The process seems simple enough but I can not get it to take.
