Same here, I posted it a couple of days ago. My post was moved to the Known Bugs forum, so I assume they are working on it.

Hi I just installed the new version of CCleaner (2.29) and the options for cleaning Chrome disappeared from CCleaner. Went back to 2.28 and everything works fine. I use Windows 7 Home Premium and Chrome 4.0.249.89. Any suggestions? Thank you!
