hi fans, coincidentally i have found out today that the folder c:\windows\temp is not cleaned - perhaps since 2019 i have it also as included folder in ccleaner... -> with "include files and subfolders" but there are two folders older as 24 hours one "iif*.tmp" from 2019 another "iif*.tmp" from 2020 also there is an file "*.TMP" that was not found by ccleaner but the other file "*.sqm" from today was found another folder from av was also not found tested with 5,57 and 5,78

perhaps your hiberfil.sys with 97 fragments of 6 Gb ... because your windows dont find enough space in one piece with this size? your ssd is good full...

hi willy2 if i may... why is your c-drive so full? i mean with such a full os-drive with ssd it will increase the wear from the available, writeable free sectors and perhaps reduce the livespan...

one problem already seems to be there in version 5.77 not showing the category "other files" - it shows " " amount of files but the size showing in ccleaner v5.57 its all fine - it shows also the "other files" for example *.exe or *.sys and so on

it tryed it also in english - the same problem as in german sometimes not showing *.mp3 or *.jpg for example

by me - there are different problems with "not showing" - different drives, different categories with no detailed infos, sometimes no subcategories shows and so on with ccleaner v5.78
