  1. I can't tell you why, but after receiving your post, I was inspired. So I uninstalled CCleaner again, restarted, and reinstalled CCleaner. Now I am seeing them. Yeah!! Thanks, you rock.
  2. Dennis, I tried your fix and it did not keep any of my login details for any of the sites. Additionally, it didn't keep any of my other cookies. So for example, for tvguide.com, it does not remember my provider, or for harristeeter.com it does not remember my "home store." It used to be that I could see all of my cookies within firefox and choose which ones I wanted to keep. Now, that is just not an option.
  3. Dennis, I am having the same problem, but none of my Firefox cookies are listed in the list of cookies to keep. Any ideas? Thanks!
  4. I apologize for posting again, but does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? It is getting to the point that I am considering not using CCleaner. Thanks.
  5. Thank you for the welcome. I apologize for the delay in responding. For whatever reason, I never received an e-mail saying I received a response. To answer your question, I would say this. 1. I never "upgrade" by OS per se. I actually bought a new laptop that had Windows 7 on it. So that is how I upgraded. So I never uninstalled and reinstalled, because it was a clean install from the beginning. 2. I am currently running CCleaner 2.26.1050. 3. I tried to uninstall CCleaner, rebooted, and then reinstalled, but the problem still exists. Thanks again for all of your help!
  6. I posted this in the general forum, but then I saw this forum. I have run CCleaner on Windows XP and Vista and did not have a problem. I recently updated my OS to Windows 7 and now when I go into CCleaner, it provides the ability to not delete certain cookies, but it does not list Firefox's cookies. In other words, the only cookies that are listed as "safe" are those from Internet Explorer, which is my secondary browser. I know this for several reasons, including the list of cookies that is displayed within Firefox. With that said, when I run CCleaner, it deletes all of Firefox's cookies. I have no problem if it deletes some of the cookies, but certain cookies would be nice to keep around. Any suggestions?
