  1. Thanks. I tried it and it did not find any "Adobe" or so lines. I have, before my first post, tried to remove everything which had something to do with Acrobat from program files, My documents and from registry. Manually and with various tools. I once searched these problem lines with Google and found info about Internet explorer. But I hope this is more a registry or clean up issue than a real pc support issue. Edit: There were some good links on that blog and I found a couple of files to delete in Windows/system32... folders. But the registry problem remains.
  2. Hello all I had to uninstall an Adobe package. There were problems with installing, and uninstalling it did not go well either. Now, every time I scan the registry, I get the following: ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll HKCR\CLSID\{182EC0BE-5110-49C8-A062-BEB1D02A220B} ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll HKCR\CLSID\{47833539-D0C5-4125-9FA8-0819E2EAAC93} ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll HKCR\CLSID\{8AD0743E-113B-4E26-BA21-1E9A71098F41} ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll HKCR\CLSID\{9FB78BEE-4BCB-4627-8672-86B64B8AED5A} ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\AcroIEFavClient.dll HKCR\CLSID\{AE7CD045-E861-484f-8273-0445EE161910} It looks like there are no problems with cleaning, but something happens which brings these back. This machine is stable, so this is not big problem, but this fix is missing in CCleaner. And of course Ccleaner works usually very well.
