Hello to everyone, I registered so I could post my error description as well. I have attached a screen shot. I haven't went through the troubleshooting process, I just checked and it's an issue with the build because version 2.20.920 does not produce the error. When I click on tools I get the attached error, and it will let me conyinue to use the "Start-up" features, but not the "Uninstall". Also I do have shadow copies (Restore points) but CCleaner is not listing them since this error began. I hope this helps in some way, I really like CCleaner, have been using it for years now. I just need all the features to work as intended. Thanks
