I have tried removing an old version of Acronis True Image Home 2009. The Windows (RC - 7 ultimate) uninstaller fails. CCleaner also fails. When I try to just delete the entry in the Tools:Uninstall tab, the message I get is, "Cannot delete MSI installer". Any ideas for cleaning this up? I also will try Acronis support to se if they have any tools for this. Thanks!
