I use CCleaner version 4.01.4093 every night at closedown. Generally it cleans out about 45Mb but recently it has starting cleaning out about 130/135Mb. I have not changed any of the settings. Any reason known? I am using IE with XP

I have just installed the latest version of AVG (2011), having used version 9 in the past. I carry out a complete scan of my system daily with AVG & the result shows in the ?History of Scan results?. However when I run Ccleaner the results history is deleted from AVG. This was not so when I was using version 9 of AVG. This deletion is because under ?Applications? in CC within the ?Utilities? section AVG Antivirus 10 is set up to be ?Checked? to delete. It is of coarse easy to uncheck this area but leads to the question of :- Should Ccleaner be set with this item automatically checked?
