"Free space missing" >> "Wipe free space" Wipe free space overwrites free space. While its in the process of wiping free space you will notice free space on your drive becoming smaller. Once the operation has finished all your free space should be returned. If your free space has not been returned, do what Winapp2.ini said. You should understand what every option does before using it.

I agree. If this was my first time using CCleaner I would think it looks like some third-rate dangerous program. I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking it looks like the old CC. Degrade, not upgrade.

Hi, I just learned about fsutil file createnew C:\Blank.File 10000000. I created a 50gb file in 1 second I went to properties and it said its 50gb size on disk. CCleaner takes a good hour and a half for 70gb fsutil takes 1 second.. I was wondering the difference between the two other then CCleaner being exact and fsutil having to manually enter size. Please tell me the difference between the two.
